How to travel somewhere different from Vancouver for cheap?

I’m sick of the whole travelling to Mexico or Carribean on an all-inclusive. I only have 10 days max. to travel because of work, but I’d like to go somewhere different. I live in Vancouver so could depart from Seattle if necessary. I’m travelling with one friend and we want to leave end of June.

I have a very small budget but want to make the best of it in a unique way. Anyone have any ideas like particular websites or travel companies for me to approach? I had a quick look at GAP adventures but its unclear to me how exactly the company works.

Basically my questions is: What is the least expensive way to go to Europe or South America for a quick get-away?

There are a lot of cheap flights to Europe. Right now for almost $500 you can fly to Germany, France, and even cheaper to England. Check out flight centre, and so many others.

Do not need to go to Seattle. Fly right out of here ( I live in Vancouver too ), fly to London, get a cheap flight with easy air to clogn(Colon) Germany. It is a great city to have fun. Not too expensive, medieval town, nice water front, lots of action.

Have fun, if you need particular info, edit and add to your comment, I will respond.
