Could anyone suggest hobbies for me please?
I’m a Burmese girl and I used to read a lot when I was young. But after moving to England 4 years ago, I kinda lost myself along the way. I stopped reading books because I wouldn’t fit in in my new school where a lot of people my age didn’t like reading and they were not really motivated. Also, I wanted to play some sports but none of my friends wanted to go to after school clubs and my parents are not the type that would let me join an outside club. Then, I really got depressed last year and I started watching anime as an escape, instead of English films or watching TV. I sometimes play the piano, read fanfics, and I like singing. I also listened to music as a means of coping during my depression. However, I feel like I don’t have any Real hobbies. I wouldn’t be proud to say that those stated above are my hobbies.
Could anyone suggest some hobbies for me to try out please? I’m willing to try out anything as long as it’s not extreme and so long as you can do them at home.
